urgent I-485 question

Hi everyone,

I have an urgent question! I am filing I-485 concurrently with I-140 under NIW (without lawyer). On part 2 shouled I choose a or h and explain that I am filing concurrently and thus I have no I-140 approved yet?

Since you obviously do not have an immigrant petition approved yet (I-140) I would go with "h" and write the explanation about NIW. By claiming "a" you are actually stating that you already have an I-140 approved, which is incorrect. That leaves "h" as the only logical option. There should be some people on this forum with experience in this.

That is the most logical option for me too (though I don't know if USCIS acts always logically). Hopefully, as you said, somebody around here has done this and can help me.
