URGENT !!! I-485 Case Rejection due to Low Salary. Please..Please Help

Hi,

My I-485 is pending at VSC and I have heard that some cases of I-485 have been rejected based on current salary.

When I filed my salary was about 80K and now I am making 50K with same employer. Will this be sufficient reson to reject my I-485 case. What are the issues regarding salary? Please help and post any rules and regulations.
 
I'd say the difference of 30K is significant. If INS does not issue an RFE then you should be fine.

Do you know what was stated in the approved LC? Even if you are now paid 50K, your GC could still be approved, if the employer can produce a letter confirming that they will pay you the salary stated in the LC once the GC is approved.

Did you discuss this issue with your lawyers?
