urgent I-140 question

Hi ALL Gurus,
My I-140 have been filed by my past employer as a future GC, So is there any issue will arise while working on my I-140 by USCIS.
I know basic thing that GC is for future employment.
So Pl. help me out that is there any issue, RFE will come??
