I filed EB1-EA concurrently to NSC and filed NIW to TSC last week without the help of lawyer. Two days ago, I found my stupid mistakes in I-140 filing, which was, not enclosing ETA-750B.
I know from this forum that ETA-750B is "must" enclosed for NIW petition.
1)How I can fix this problem? The customer service from USCIS suggested me to submit this form together with the receipt notice but the question is that added ETA-750B will be fused to orginally submitted packet.
2)Is it ok to send a whole packet again to the center?
3)How about the EB1-EA I-140 for which I haven't received receipt number? Is the deficient ETA-750B form going to prevent the processing of I-140 and even allow to deny my application?
I will greatly appreciate your suggestions.
