Urgent how apply two visas

Dear All,
It is really appreciated that you are spending some time to answer our questions.

I have one question on behalf of my cousin. She applied for H4 Visa for which appointment date in embassy was May 1.
Later her company decided to send her on L1 Visa, so she attended the interview in emabssy on April 10th, and she got the L1 visa and postponed her H4 Visa Appointment to July.

Now it seems that it will take some more time for her company people to send her on L1 Visa. As she is staying alone here she wanted to go to her husband on H4.

Could you please let me Know whether there are any concerns in attending the interview for H4 visa as she already got the L1 visa last month?
 
L1 issue

Hi

It is wrong for your cousin to apply for a H4 because she possesses a L1 stamping. If she appears for a H4 stamping, there are likely chances that her L1 may be Cancelled. She is taking a risk!

You can apply for H4, risk or no-risk is all upto consulate and VO taking the interview. But her status will be what she entered on US last, if she enteres on H4 then she should not plan to work in US unless her company applies for Change of Status after her entry in US.
It can get complicated very quickly so please consult a lawyer before you take any decision.
