Please help me to get the non-availability certificate with all the matter they are looking for the following query. What should I mention for reason for non-availability? I appreciate you quick response
This RFE states "If a civil record of your birth does
not exist, you must submit a written statement, on official letterhead,
from the relevant government or competent civil authority in India,
establishing that the birth certificate does not exist,, or is not
available in that country. The statement must indicate the reason the
record does not exist and indicate whether similar records for the time and
place are available."
