my 140 got approved on 06/23 however it stated that not eligible to file for adjustment of status and if you think that you are eligible go to the local ins office. I went up there and they told me that i should be eligible and its probably that my date is not current. However my i-94 has expired but i still have h1b appeal which is still pending and was filed prior to the expiration of i94.
I am eligible to file for adjustment of status or should i go to my home country then apply for gc.
