Hello,

We have filled for Visitor Visa extn 3 weeks before I-94 expires. We got recepit notice only. But my mother-in-law went to India on last monday the day I-94 expire because of family emergency.

Do I need to inform INS about her journey.?

Please advise me in regards. Thanks.
 
What I know, as soon as you leave the country the EOS/COS applications
becomw void immediately. You can call customer service and tell them to withdraw.

There might be some form that you might have to fill to withdraw.
