Guys,
I have an issue with my EAD. My EAD is getting over by Middle of AUG 2004. I have n't file yet. I am making some international trip this week end and gone for 1 month. i sent all the docs to lawyer for EAD filling. he is saying that he can not file my EAD because i am going out of the country. The I-94 info will change after i come back.

But I want to file atleast 90 days ( which is before May 15th) to avoid being out of valid EAD.

can i e-file EAD today and get the finger print/photo done tomorrow and go for my trip?

how it is going to affect?

Is my lawyer is right? or messing with me?

Yes eFile is the best option. And you can schedule the fingerprint and Photo for tomorrow. Call the 1-800 number immediately and schedule an appointment.
