in the first interview the officer wants to revoke I-140 and deny case .and transfer to do registeration at the same day .
went to registeration and the officer say i shoud not came to registeration because I am porolly.
they transfer case to hamsphere center for investigation.
8 years ago I had a marrige based case which was denied before even had interview and they did investigation on that case and denied .
i appealed right away.i never recived any decison for the past 6 and half years. about that appeal.
I had renewed my ead by walkin at newark in dec2003 and i renewed my wife's ead by walkin at newark in march 2004.
that day the officer who renewed my wife's ead that my file is back in newark and they will make another appointement soon
we went in april 2004 for the second interview .
officer he wants to revoke I-140 and deny 485 .my lawyer explain
to him that they never answered my appeal and the investigation
is inconclusive.i am so confused because the officer make me and my wife sign and finger printed at the begining and after he argue with the lawyer he start asking me about the old marrige and then ask about the empolyment letter and 2003 tax .I gave all what he asked about .
he didnt write nothing in my passport and he gave me a printed form marked that the file will be held for review and decision will be mailed with in 180 days.
can any body help me sort this out I dont know by them take my finger print and empolyment letter and the tax that will be hope the case will be approved.

, shows that you have good chances of approval. It is a good sign that they have asked your employment letter, tax returns etc. This is generally asked before approval. So your approval is around the corner
