Urgent Help with Post I-140

Hello -

My I-140 through EB1 OR got approved today. I was not able to do concurrent processing as had to travel outside of US at that time. What is the next step for me and can I apply for I-485 or is there any waiting time?

What are you waiting for?? Go ahead and file your 485. Get your medicals done and fill up the necessary forms for 485 and file it (I mean yourself or through your lawyer). You may also consider filing EAD and AP.
