I filed for PERM LABOR through an attorney. In The Application Form , He mention job requirement as bachelors + 2 yrs expereince. It was an mistake by him. The Job Posting was for bachelors + 1 yr expereince. The Labor is approved . Though I meet the criteria of labor application requirement , The advertisment is different .
I am very much worried . My Question is since the advertisement though different is less resticive than the job order, can the labor certificate be defended ?
