My 7th year H1B got approved. My wife's H4 is still pending since October 15th 2003. ( Lawyer applied separately).
Somewhere I have read pending status for H1/H4 for 240 days are ok, but not sure. Today is 237 th day, will she go out of status after 240 days.
Please let me know, if there is any problem.
