My wife entered US with me on H-4 visa valid till Aug 2003. She started school Aug 2002 and her counseler advised her to change to F-1 status, she got the new I-94 recently her status is now F-1, but now she wants to change to H-4 can she just go to canada and come back on H-4 visa stamp, she does not have F-1 visa stamped anyway.
If we go to canada by car can we get new I-94? what should we do?
