I have applied for renewal of work authorization in Oct 2004 and got RFE in early Nov 2004 which is

"Submit Evidence that 'xxxx' has registered in NSEERS".

Please help me what should be the response to this RFE.

I would think that the response it pretty obvious from the request. It is asking you to submit evidence that you registered in the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System. Where you at any time subject to "Special Registration" and, if so, did you do it?
