My employer substituted my name on an LC with a PD of 2001. The I140 got approved 4 days after I quit that employer. Can my previous employer apply that I140/LC against another employee?

It would be great if anyone could deny/confirm this.

It's possible your employer can use I-140/LC for another employee.

Go back to the employer if possible !!

I am sure,it will be tough and awkward, but give it a shot !!
