Urgent Help Reqd.!! ....I-134 and Marriage Cert.

Friends: Finally I have my Interview date for CP (EB3) in New Delhi for mid-march.

I shall appreciate your help in 2 urgent issues:

1. I-134 : My Lawyer says that I don\'t require any I-134 (for my wife), instead he asked my employer to give me i) Employment Verification Letter ii) Form DS-1743 Which says Offer Of Employment to Alien duly notarised by a Public notary.

Just FYI....My wife is on H-1 too and shall be taking her H-1 papers from her employer too., Just incase they ask for it.

Is the above sufficient at the time of Interview and will it cover the purpose for which form I-134 is required?.

Please help urgently as I\'m leaving to India in 3 Days from now.

2. Marriage Cert.: As I got married in US only, I have my certificate provided to me by the authorised county in CA, but don\'t have any photographs or Wedding Card as I\'m yet to perform my marriage according to Indian rituals.
Will the Consular officer create any problem even after I show him my authenticated and bonafide Marriage Cert.. ???

Please helps guys! Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

If it makes you feel better You can download 134 from immihelp.com and fill it out yourself, It is not that difficult. Also you can get it notorized yourself at your bank. Nothing from Employer is required for 134.
Delhi consulate returned my wife\'s 134

US marraige certificate is good.
they did not ask for my wedding picture at delhi

Also I haven\'t received my Packet-4 and the appointment in Original yet.So my Father got a copy of Packet 4 from the Consulate in person. But for the appointment letter, Instead of giving a copy of the letter, the lady at the window just wrote the case no., Interview date/time on the front of Packet 4. Is that sufficient incase if I don\'t receive the original Interview letter?

Please help!.

Appointment Letter

That is what i had. It had a generic set of docs and My case number/name and numer of applicants - 2 (me and wife)/date and time of interview hand written by the girl at the window,
That is all you need to go in the consulate. Just be there 15 minutes before the appointment time
