Urgent Help Req - COS L1B to H1B

Wanted urgent help for my case mentioned below.

My Case details are as follows:

I have L1B from company A (current visa on which I am in US) and approved H1 petition from Company B (approved in 2007 CAP which is not stamped). Now I am interested in company C. So I wanted to do a Change of Status from company A L1B to company C H1B using 2007 CAP (i.e. H1 petition approved in 2007).

Please clarify me the case and also let me the fees to do the same?

Also is there any other way to do the same?

Can i get into any legal issues if I try to do the same?

This can be accomplished by treating your employment petition with company C as "new employment" on the I-129 form. Also, in the I-129 form, you will have to indicate that you have been counted in the quota once.

In the H-supplement, you will have to state that you never worked for company B.
