this is my first visit to US.
i have 2 h1(i797)thru comp A and comp B.
got the h1 visa stamped thru comp A
but planning to join comp B
at the port of entry if I am asked abt my H1 employer, shud I say A or B?
if i say A, heard that then my I97 would be filled up with comp A and my SSN and pay checks r dependent on I97
if i say B, since my stamping is thru A, I am not permitted to work with B without H1 transfer.
is that true.,.??? what shud i do.
