Urgent Help - Post I-140

Hello -

My I-140 through EB1 OR got approved today. I was not able to do concurrent processing as I had to travel outside of US at that time. What is the next step for me and can I apply for I-485 or is there any waiting time or restrictions?

You can file I485 since yours is EB1. Only EB3 category is affected under retrogression.
