Urgent help please

Here is my case dilemma
My lawyer submitted the PERM yesterday first name and last name are opposite.As it is already been approved by my HR manager we are not able to withdraw it electronically, in order to with draw I think we have to write now here my question
Does this thing will play any effect at 1-140 stage as PERM can be for anyone? (per my lawyer it should be fine)
Or does anyone knows how long it takes to withdraw after sending the letter .
Or what should be the step to minimize the impact .
Any help will be greatly appreciated

If you filed online, then even after confirming the spnsorship, your employer/attorney should be able to withdraw the case online, then can correct the name mistakes and refile.

Exactly that's what we thought but you cannot it is shown as in process and once you try to withdraw it never able to search and pull that case .
