My Approved I140 status changed from "Approved on Jun 19th 2003" to

"On May 13, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence
or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process
this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete,
the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated
in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

What does this mean? I requested for FOIA 2 months back.
I think my company filed in EB2 I have Bachelors degree(BE) and over 5 years experience when I filed this case back in 2001.

Did they sent any RFE on approved I140?
What should I do?
Please suggest...

Thanks

For FOIA, message doesnt change as the above. But maybe you did a change of address and that is why its showing up. Nothing to worry about. Nowadays, computer system in INS has been screwed up and folks are getting mails(postal) that your 485 is approved today, but have already received cards 4 months back.

With INS, anything is possible. Just RELAX!!!

That message shows up when they received a response to a RFE. Check with your Lawyer if he any other information. May be USCIS might have updated some body else's case status to your EAC#. Anything is possible with USCIS.
