Urgent...Question!
My friend went to India for a 20 day vacation. He has a valid H1b Visa till dec'2006. He just noticed that his passport expires in April'2005.
1) Will this pose a problem while reentering USA?
2) what effect will this have on his I-94 @ the port of entry?
3) what are the options that are available to him?
Please advise as soon as possible!!!!
