My spouse who is the primary applicant is now living with me in CA..initial app was from NJ..received a 2nd finger print notice for next week..There are 2 options, one to do it in california or go to NJ and get it done as requested on the fingerprint letter..My question is whether fingerprinting in a different location will trigger a RFE..
