Urgent Help on RFE!! Please respond

Hi Guys,
I am responding back to my RFE to send my EVL and W2's along with tax returns. I had a question and need help from any of you guys. I got laid off after 8 months after filing my 485. Waited for 3 weeks and joined my cousins consulting company (very small company) for lesser pay (Job role is still the same). He has this company run from home. Now that due to the nature of my travel i have given his home address as my address just to make sure that i have one permanant address for all my GC process. This year when i got my W2's the address for the employer is same as of employees address.

Will this cause any problem becuase my W2 show the same address for Employer and Employee?

Please let me know guys.

With best of my knowledge you should be ok.

The fact is you don't live there. I used my office address as official address for communication.

But make sure your salary is same or close as indicated on labor certification.

There is format of EVL floating on one of the thread - use that one.
 
I have a friend who went thru the exact same scenario. He got approved yesterday..(3 weeks after responding to RFE)
