Urgent-Help on Labor Substitution

Hi Immigration Guru's,

I would really appreciate if someone can help me understand the labor substitution process.

I am about to join a company, promised me a labor Substitution if I join them. Looking at some of the threads, it looks like Education and Experience are the most critical points.

Question is:
1. For my H1 approval one of my computer diploma was not submitted so my H1 has been approved without the computer diploma.
2. Can I use the computer diploma for my labor substitution case.
as that is required to match up the substitution.

H1 & LABOR has nothing to do.. so If you can match Experience & Qualification mentioned in LC, goahead.
