Urgent Help on H1 Transfer

Hi All,

I am on H1 with Employer A and my Visa is getting expired on Apr 30th.
The Employer had already applied for an extn on March 20th and had received a receipt with a case number.

Now I am planning to change the employer to employer B and employer B wanted to do my H1 transfer.

Could you anyone let me know whether is it possible to transfer my visa when the extension status is pending.

if it is possible for me to transfer, What docs do I need to proceed with the transfer?

I am in a confused state could you anyone help me out, b'case i have just 6 days left and the offer is better than the current.

Hello Ashok,
You can apply for as many H-1's as you want as long as they are with different employer. Also since you already have an H-1 you are not subject to the cap.
Just have the new employer file for an H-1 like normal.
