I had applied for I485,I140 and I765 through concurrent processing. I
received 3 case receipt numbers.
I had received a request for evidance on my I765 but on the letter they had my I485 receipt
number insted of having I765 receipt number. So when i had replied for the
query the response was updated to my I485 case. I had sent a letter to the
INS explaining the same. But no changes where made and at last after almost
6 months they are saying that they have sent a denial notice, but my
attorney says he has not received any. I asked for a verification and they
sent me a update saying my I765 is denied.
In the mean time, i have received finger printing on my I 485. My I 140 is
not cleared yet.

Now another issues is that my H1 is expiring Oct 2005.
I need to know if i have to re- apply for my I 765 or apply for H1B
extension. What is the best approach to make. My company is saying that we
need not apply Ead, if we apply for H1b extension, we can wait for I140 to clear.
Please advice.
