Urgent Help on AR11

I filed my 485 on 10/10/2002. Recently I changed employer. I didn't file AC21.Last week I change address and try to file AR11.
I have some doubt in the form there is column.Employer Name.

If I give new employer name. Is it mandatory to file AC21 or not

Please help
 
I have read the AC21 memo and I think they didn't mention anywhere that you need to apply for AC21. It is just a law which allow us to change jobs during adjustment status after I140 approval and 180 days past the I485 notice date.

But AR11 is a must to apply when you change geographical location and it should have accurate information. I suggest you mention the current (new) employer name.

I would wait to hear more on this topis too...
