Hi

I had accident in Buffalo Newyork close to buffalo airport recently.I hit somebody's car back. so it deceided to be my fault.Luckly nobody hurt.When I had this accident I was in rental car with my personal insurance.But I did not have my insurance information at the time of accident.I got a ticket for following to close.

The problem is my ticket has a old MA address and it says I can arugue with the court. what can do if I want to accept my fault and pay the fee.The important thing I want to aviod further (postal)mailing correspondence.

And How I can contact the other guy who involved in the accident .I have his address but not phone numbers.

Please help to guru I really nervous and scared too.

>> just mail them the check. they will not bother you any more. Just keep a copy of the check cleared as proof.

Sorry to hear about the accident.

The reason they gave the ticket with the old address is that you might have that address in the department of motor vehicle safety - DMVS (you have that address in the driver license). Go to DMVS and change your address.

For that person's address, go to www.switchboard.com and search for his name.

Sometimes, it might be cheaper to have the repairs done by you rather than go through the insurance company. This way you might save some money in the future. Also try to take defensive driver's course, in some states your insurance might decrease.
