Urgent help ???? NO FP yet ???

I filed my 485 in July 14/01 and no FP yet ??? IIO said, because of INS computer bug its not mailed. its 3 months after i requested them to send another notice but no FP date till now ??? I called IIO severl times, but they say that it will be schudle some time. What to do now ??? How i can get FP done ? Is local INS office helps in this??? I need to visit india which is getting delyed by this
