A A0001 Registered Users (C) Mar 6, 2005 #1 Changed job and I applied transfer H1B Visa from Employer A to Employer B when my Dependents are in India trip. Dependents have valid H4 (Stamped in passport) that was with my Employment A. Is there any issue dependents reentry to US with exsting valid H4 Visa?

A Apollo_13 Registered Users (C) Mar 6, 2005 #3 only for H1 visa holders, immigration officers usually ask employer's name and Is he/she with same employer etc.? Not for dependents. So, it should not matter as long as they have a valid H4 visa.
