Urgent help needs on Dependents Reentry While H1 Transfer

Changed job and I applied transfer H1B Visa from Employer A to Employer B when my Dependents are in India trip.

Dependents have valid H4 (Stamped in passport) that was with my Employment A.

Is there any issue dependents reentry to US with exsting valid H4 Visa?
 
No issues as long as there is a valid stamping on their passport but they need to carry a copy of your new H1B approval notice.
 
No issues, as long as they have the followings

1. Comp B H1 approval notice copy
2. Comp B employment verification letter
3. Current pay stubs
4. Marriage certificate

My wife returned from India with my previous employer H4 stamping. No questions asked at POE
