Urgent help needs on Dependents Reentry While H1 Transfer

Changed job and I applied transfer H1B Visa from Employer A to Employer B when my Dependents are in India trip.

Dependents have valid H4 (Stamped in passport) that was with my Employment A.

Is there any issue dependents reentry to US with exsting valid H4 Visa?
 
I don't think that will be an issue; Send the following documents to her so that she can have it if needed she can show it to the immigration officer at POE;.

1. Latest payslip from comp B
2. your H1 approval notice or receipt not from comp B
3. Company B employment verification letter

No problems at all!!! You do not have to renew your valid H1B/H4 visa, just because you change employeer. You will need to renew your stamped visa, only after expired.
