My husband does not have the birth certificate. Would it be a problem in CP. Is there any alternate way for the birth certificate.
I have a similar case. I have attached an INS format for obtaining a birth certificate affidavit. This was given to me by my lawyer. You need affidavits from 2 persons (one parent and one aunt/uncle probably).
