Urgent Help Needed

Hi,

I have been processing my AOS since February 2011 and still the process havent gone any further, they are requesting for a joint sponsor and my wife is pregnant now, i dont have EAD to be able to work and provide for my family.

Me and my wife have searched and searched for months now and cant find someone who fits the income bracket, please help.

I need someone to please be the Angel of this situation for me, you wont regret it.
 
Hello, pssh, depending on your faith, do you think you can try the religous institution? Or a charity organisation?
anybody who signs your I 864, is responsible for you until you can be credited with certain amount of hours, frankly it would be very hard to find one,... how about trying to find a place of business, who will employ you after you get your ead. May be you can try to find a business owner who will do it with the condition of you working for him for certain amount of years and he may sponsor you.....just my two cents,....

The status says everything thing has been placed on hold until i send in the rfe's

I've searched for over 6months right now i'm out of option and risk losing the whole processing fee, time and so on, so yes if i can find someone online to help i would really appreciate it even if they have some conditions

No employer calls you back or even see you again after you tell them you dont have the EAD in hand abut already applied. Can you please suggest some charity organizations would could be of help?

I am sorry, I do not know about any organization first hand. However if I were in your situation, I would try every church in my state to see if anyone could be the angel.
also another idea is to have joint sponsors
