Urgent help needed

Long story short:
Friend of mine was married to US citizen but got divorced before receiving GC. His lawyer refiled the case few times (that is what he said) but was denied a GC i guess.
He is married with another girl ( US citizen) now and she is pregnant right now.They haven`t filed any papers with Immigration yet.
Yesterday Immigration officers came to his house and arrested him saying that he has no case pending and he is going to be deported.
His wife is in panic and she does not know what to do.
What would be your advice ?
 
Tell her to get a lawyer so quick. Then she will need to file i guess I-130, and if posible get his I-485 on the way. That will slow the whole movement. Last thing, you can not deported unless you sign the depertation form. So tell him not to sign.
