hi, i filled my i-130 and i-485 concurrently two week ago, today I saw that the checks were cashed.
i just realized that i did a big mistake on form i-765 line 16, eligibility criteria, i entered c(3)A instead of c(9), i was reading on some forums that the uscis will adjust that mistake since they were filed concurrently, but i would appreciate your advise if anyone was in this position.

also we did entered any A# for my spouse, that is a us citizen through naturalization and for me i did not entered my A# from my EAD card since that one is not a permanent A#, is that ok??

thank you

i was reading that once i get the gc the A# will be different

will my application be rejected now? i just got today the letter that they received my application

You'll be fine. That is not grounds to reject your application.

You should get your biometrics notice next week or the week after.
If they need anything else from you they'll send you a notice requesting further evidence.

Be patient. We all know what you are feeling :)

This brings up the point what is the process of correcting information in one of the forms that was entered wrong while applying. It could be anything e.g. spelling of the last name, A#, mother's name, income figure and so on. There are literally thousands of things in the forms. IT IS SAID everywhere on this forum to double check every form before sealing the envelop but we are all humons and mistakes can happen.
In this case may be USCIS will correct entry from c(3)A to C(9), which is why they are charging $1010 or so. but what si the process of correction. ( for address, one can always send change of address later, that's an easy one, what about other info?

i got my fingerprint appointment on June 20,
is there anybody that got lucky and received the EAD renewal within 1-2 months, any idea on what will be be the date on the new EAD card?

ieiiiiiiiiiii just got my new EAD card in the mail today. that was very fast
on July 2nd I received an e-mail saying that the card was in production and on July 6th got it in the mail.
How long will take now for the green card interview? I can not belive it how fast I got the work permit, exactly 1 month and 10 days; i must be one of the lucky ones, now i just need a job :)
