Urgent Help Needed!!!!!!!!

Hello, I had applied for j1 waiver through state 30 program and the DOS approval recommendation letter was sent to USCIS nebraska service center address and they received it on july 31st. Today when i just called they gave me the receipt number and said it is at the vermont USCIS.
I am confused because my service center should be nebraska and i dont know how they received at vermont. Can anyone help me what i should do? I am worried and anxious guys.Please help.
