Urgent Help Needed!!!!

My husband is primary applicant. I am the dependent applicant. We have our PD date as April 03 which is current as of now. Expecting GC approval in another 3 to 4months. My husband is Iniatiating a Divorce talk now and he wants to file for separation Agreement.
If we file that will there be any problemn in approval of the dependent GC.
If we get GC in 2 or 3 months after getting GC can the primary applicant cancel my GC.

Please advise.
 
1st ... if you get the GC then your husband can't withdraw it.
2nd ... even if the date is current, that doesn't guarranty approval in 3 - 4 months. (be prepared!)
3rd ... try and get in touch with a lawyer to discuss all the issues.
4th ... best would be if you both can sort out things (I know it is easier said than done)

answer to your questions
if he withdraw the dependent application with USCIS then there would be no ways you can get that green card cuz u r dependent on him, you will be having 60 days to leave the country as far as i know.
but once you get approval on 485 then he cant do anything. but as the andy said best would be if you both can sort out things
 
WHat is your excat status?
Is the 485 already filed and waiting approval since dates are Retrogressed ? or are you waiting to file 485 ?

Yes 1485 already filed and waiting for approval.
