Urgent help needed...

Hello Gurus,

I work for a company A in california and my labor was filed in Dec 2002. Labor is still pending. Recently the company (A) was taken over by another company (say B).

1. Can my pending labor be carried over to the new company B ?
Please note that the company name has changed though job duties & salary remained same. If so what needs to be done (briefly)..?

Also, if the new company is located in other city (same State) can the old LCA be still carried over ?

2. Can I apply for 7th and 8th year extensions through the new company, till I get my green card.
