I have Canadian Immigration Visa expiring on Feb 8th. I am not able to go to Canada right now.

1. Is there any way to extend the Visa Expiration Date?

2. (MOST IMPORTANT). IF I DO NOT USE VISA FOR IMMIGRATION, HOW DO I GET MY RESIDENCY FEE BACK?

DO I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT SOMEWHERE?

Do you mean Canadian Immigration Consulate in Buffalo NY?

I am in USA and I sent all paperwork to Buffalo NY office. So I guess I have to send my passport at same office for Fee refund?
