urgent help needed!!!

i have 2 months left on my ead(working on ead) and when i was looking to file for reneval realised that my i94 is missing(LOST!!!).dont have a a copy of it either...

what are my options? please help

Hi,
r u talking about I-94 from passport?. We dont need that for EAD renewal. U jsut need 1st 2 pages of passport.

Also, u did a big mistake of waiting till 2 months ur ead is ending. try to apply fast.

my lawyer says i need a i 94 copy?

any way the only option u have is to file without I-94 and wait and see

I myself did submit copies of my I94, but if you see the required documentation for I765 on USCIS website, it says copy of I94, if available.

in the document look for part 3 required documentation. As Test_Forum_User suggested, the only option you have is to apply without copies of I94.
