Hey all,
My wife and I moved to USA cos I was in school. Now, She wants to transfer her job from Canada to USA>.
The USA company is willing to give her a job but are not ready to sponsor her.
The question is. Can she get TN visa to work in USA? She read Biochemisty but was working as a Team Leader in FInancial Service.
