The company that is sponsoring my H1B got the petition for Delhi Consulate but I have booked for an interview in Mumbai as USCIS states that we must attend for the interview from where we have lived for more than 6 months. I have been living in Mumbai for the past 6 years but my passport is from delhi.
When I wrote to the consulate, they responded that I must cancel the interview and book a new one but did not specify where I must go for the interview.
Anyone knows what I must be doing?
