I'm nor sure if this is the right forum to post this message but this is the closest I could find for this issue:
My brother went to US Consulate in Delhi to get F1 Visa but got rejected .. reason given was "Potentail Immigrant" , probably because I;m here with GC.
Has any one gone thru' this before or know of any one who got rejected due to this reason and got the Visa later ? I would appreciate any help in this regard ..My Questions:
- SHould he got fo the second try soon ?
- What else can to add to increase the propability of getting the Visa second time ?
