Urgent help needed on I-485 RFE.....

Hi,
I recieved an RFE 09/02/2003. The letter is saying " Submit a list of your employment history since your last lawful admission, to include the name of each employer , dates of employment, primary duties, Job requirements, job title, and wage with evidence : tax returns, paystubs, w-2s". My question is do i have send all the paystubs and tax returns since i came to this country or from my last lawful admission (June 2002). Does anybody have similar rfe and if so what info did you guys send to INS.

Have you changed job while you are on I-485 ? Are you on H1 or EAD ? You should submit Paystubs , Tax Return all if possible and do not have problem ( Like less salary then labour ). Take a advice of your lawyer.
 
Similar RFE

We received similar RFE.. sent all the paystubs we had, w2'2, tax details since our last lawful admission. (Last lawful admission ours was Mar 2001).

In the RFE it has been mentioned whether we are claiming AC-21 in such senario please provide all the details requested like you. But our lawyer submitted all the paystubs, tax details, w2's etc. .and mentioned in the letter saying that we are not claiming AC-21. I would suggest you to talk to your lawer..

Are you going to claim AC-21? if yes then you must provide all the details requested in the RFE.

Oh boy, this is scary. Are they asking even the history since you were first admitted into USA, cause I have been here for 6 years and i don't have all that information. Even my lawful admission is like 3 years back.
