Hi, I am working on EAD and my i-140 / 485 was pending.
Now My i-140 got denied, I appealed with tax amandment in employers tax.
* Am I still Authorized to work ?
* What are the chances of Appeal to get approved.
* What should I do for my back-up plan , in case appeal get rejected, because I dont have h1-b.
