I am working for company A and my H1 is valid till July 08. I got new job and my company B started H1B transfer process without knowledge of company A. Transfer petetion is just filed last week and hasn't got receipt yet. Now due to circumstances I am deciding to stay with company A.
(1) Can I do so, by just telling company B on their offer. And tell nothing to A.
(2) What if company B cancels H1B transfer application, will I be out of status. Will my H1b with company A be Valid.
Require urgent help on it. Thanks in advance for your help.
