Hi folks...please respond immediately, thank you very much for your help. I heard on AVM last night that our cases have been transfered to the local INS office in Chicago (Sep. 10). Our details are [RD: Aug. 00, ND: Sep. 00, FP: Feb. 01, Country: Other, LIN: 00-251].

What does the transfer mean? Does it mean that the whole thing is now delayed (we were expecting to be approved any day along with other Aug. 00 RDs). Please help, thanks.

Something what they are looking for may not be in right place. Don\'t worry. You may be called for an interview. Hope yours is approved at that time. This is done at random. Don\'t panic. Good Luck.

lc091999, thanks for your response. I wish other gurus, and those with similar experiences, would shed more light on the logics of cases being transfered to the local offices. My company has laid off many people in the last 6 months, maybe this is NSC\'s way to ask for pay-stubs. But NSC could have issued a RFE, so I\'m confused. Comments?
